For me, a corporate event is not just a celebration, but a tool for company growth. You are not spending a budget — you are investing in your employees: in motivation, team cohesion, idea development, and the internal energy of the business.
Corporate city events /
Company celebrations
  • Objective: celebrate achievements, strengthen company culture and values, and spend time together.
  • Result: employees feel involvement, energy, and pride in their team.
  • Formats: company anniversary parties, festive dinners for the launch of new products or projects. Themed show programs, interactive city tours, tastings of local cuisine and wines.
Weekend
team building
  • Objective: relieve tension, strengthen trust, and improve communication between colleagues. Opportunity to see each other in an informal atmosphere or offline (especially relevant for distributed teams). Rest and recharge after major releases.
  • Result: the team gets to know each other better, becomes more united, and listens to and understands each other better.
  • Formats: trips outside the city to a villa with a pool and catering for 1–3 days, sports activities, barbecue, pool. Upon request: hiking, cycling, yacht trips and swimming in the open sea.
