COMPANY ANNIVERSARY — 10 YEARS
Became a large-scale and vibrant event, bringing together 120 guests at the atmospheric «Arkhiloft» venue
A full loft-style mansion was used for the event, allowing the creation of a dynamic and multifaceted program with various zones for relaxation and entertainment. Guests experienced a rich gastronomic journey: a bar with signature drinks and an abundance of dishes prepared by a specially invited chef.
The space was designed with a strong focus on brand identity — the central element was a large photo zone featuring the company’s logo. A separate hookah lounge area was also arranged for guests’ comfort.
The evening atmosphere was created by top DJs Brothers, maintaining an energetic rhythm, while two hosts guided the event, engaging guests in interactive activities and creating a lively and light atmosphere. A quiz added dynamics and engagement, while the evening included dancing and active networking.
The highlight was a unique rocket-shaped cake that was not only surprising but actually launched — an impressive finale that became the main wow moment of the night.

The anniversary turned out to be large-scale, creative, and truly unforgettable — an event that exceeded expectations and gave guests a new experience.
INTERNATIONAL IT COMPANY
CONFERENCE
A corporate meeting for 50 participants from different countries took place in Barcelona as an intensive 4-day event
WTF Summit combined a business program with informal networking: for three days, guests attended daytime conferences at a luxury 5-star hotel where all participants were accommodated. This ensured maximum comfort, convenient logistics, and full focus on work and communication.
Evenings included dinners and meetings in carefully selected themed restaurants, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the city atmosphere and strengthen connections in a relaxed setting.

The final fourth day was dedicated to exploring Barcelona, including a guided city tour and a farewell dinner in a historic Catalan restaurant.
The event became a harmonious combination of business, culture, and gastronomy, leaving bright impressions, comfort, and valuable professional connections.
OUTDOOR TEAM BUILDING

Branded T-shirts were prepared for each team, strengthening team spirit. The obstacle course was carefully designed to provide adrenaline and competition.
The event combined activity, fun, and teamwork, allowing participants to reveal strengths and build connections.
LAST «HERO» TEAM BUILDING
Brought together 50 participants and became an immersive adventure with elements of strategy, ingenuity, and team interaction
The event was held in a “survival” style with carefully designed décor and attributes — feathers, maps, and items for completing special tasks. Teams completed quests to find keys, solved riddles, and demonstrated strength in specific challenges, while each participant was able to succeed thanks to coordinated teamwork and team spirit.
Even the rain did not interfere with the activities — raincoats were prepared in advance for all participants, which helped maintain comfort and a positive mood.

The team building turned out to be engaging, cohesive, and memorable, leaving participants with a sense of victory, energy, and a true spirit of adventure.
SUMMER CORPORATE EVENT
For 105 people took place across two locations, combining active recreation
and an evening program
The first half of the day was spent at a lakeside beach with boat races, water activities, and a buffet. In the second half, all guests were transferred to a restaurant, where they were welcomed with a summer terrace, dinner, dancing, and karaoke. For convenience, some participants stayed overnight, and a specially prepared area allowed guests to change for the evening program.
The corporate event turned out to be dynamic, comfortable, and unforgettable, combining active leisure with a festive atmosphere.

In a unique style gathered more than 100 guests and became a vibrant celebration with a program thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail
Every element of the event created a festive atmosphere: photos of guests appeared on the walls (with their permission), the space was filled with vibrant performers, and the host set an energetic and cheerful tone throughout the evening. Guests enjoyed delicious food at the restaurant, unforgettable gifts, and interactive activities, including a wine casino that added excitement and mood.
The corporate event stood out for its precise coordination, a rich program, and a lively atmosphere, leaving participants with unforgettable impressions and a festive spirit for the entire year.
